William Parker became CEO of MCR in July 2018, leading a turnaround to deliver differentiated solutions. MCR became one of the fastest growing firms in government contracting, and Mr. Parker recently led its sale to Arlington Capital Partners. His unique combination of experience includes the market savvy of an industry-leading business development executive, a nuts-and-bolts operational background from over 30 years of growing business while rising to the top tier of management, and the value-driven financial acumen to improve efficiency and performance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Before joining MCR, Mr. Parker developed and executed comprehensive value strategies for multiple companies in government contracting. He was part of the founding management team of Salient Federal Solutions, where he served as COO. He was instrumental in building the company from its founding to $235M in revenue and on to its merger with CRGT. Mr. Parker was also COO of NCI Information Systems. He came to NCI through its acquisition of Karta Technologies, Inc., where he served as President. Before joining Karta, he was President of Pinkerton Computer Consultants, Government Solutions, until its sale to Kforce, where he served as President of Government Solutions. Mr. Parker left government contracting for 3 years to serve as CEO of Crosswalk.com, a publicly traded company (NASDAQ\/national market). His experience in government contracting was grounded in his 16 years at CACI, where he advanced from Senior Associate to Executive Vice President. As EVP, he led the Information Technology Business Group and also served as EVP of Business Development. Mr. Parker is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and served 6 years in the US Navy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
