(\u201cSPA\u201d) from CM Equity Partners and SPA Management. The agreement is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c81d8e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c81d8e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Following closing, Arlington\u2019s existing portfolio company, MCR, LLC (\u201cMCR\u201d) will be combined with SPA. Dr. William Vantine, SPA President and CEO, will serve as President and CEO of the combined company (the \u201cCompany\u201d).\u00a0<\/p><p>Arlington\u2019s investment facilitates the creation of a combined company that will provide specialized advisory solutions to the most critical and complicated government missions.\u00a0 In joining forces, the companies represent the premier independent advisory firm with over 1,200 employees, approximately half of which hold advanced degrees, ~$350 million in revenues and 125 proprietary software tools.
